Polyester
Polyester is the most widely used synthetic fabric in commercial apparel, offering durability, wrinkle resistance, and quick-dry performance. Available from 120 to 300+ GSM, it dominates sportswear, uniforms, and sublimation printing.
Polyester is a synthetic polymer fiber and the highest-volume manufactured fiber in the world. Its strength, dimensional stability, and low cost make it the commercial workhorse of sportswear, uniforms, and fast fashion. Polyester garments hold their shape, resist wrinkles, dry quickly, and retain printed colors brilliantly, which is why it is the required base fabric for sublimation printing.

Printing and Customization
Polyester is the only fabric that supports true dye-sublimation printing, producing permanent all-over prints that never crack or fade. It also performs well with heat transfer vinyl, DTF printing, and embroidery for team and corporate branding.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and avoid high iron heat. Polyester is dimensionally stable with virtually zero shrinkage, making sizing extremely consistent across production runs.
