Please carefully review the following rules that govern your use of our website and our global custom uniform manufacturing services. Your use of our website and placement of any orders entail your full consent to abide by these terms and conditions. Even if you are simply browsing a particular section of our website, your use of the site remains governed by these terms.
We reserve the right to add, update, and amend these terms and conditions at any given time. We recommend that you visit this section of the website on a regular basis for a seamless and fully informed experience.
Client Satisfaction is our Priority
StitchMark Uniform is dedicated to providing outstanding quality across all our categories, whether it's Healthcare Uniforms, Corporate Apparel, Industrial Workwear, or any of our other custom apparel solutions. If you find an issue with the manufacturing or service offered, please contact us immediately with your order summary.
Our quality control department rigorously double-checks fabrics, stitching, and custom sizing specs. If a genuine manufacturing defect occurs on our end, we will make sure to resolve the inconvenience. However, please review the exceptions below related to customer submissions, design specs, and global shipments for which we cannot be held legally responsible.
Submission of Designs & Sizing Details
We rely strictly on the specifications provided by our clients. StitchMark Uniform is not responsible for the following client-side errors:
- Errors in text submitted for embroidery or printing (punctuation, spelling, or title mistakes)
- Artwork/logo files uploaded in low resolution or poor quality
- Incorrect selection of uniform category, style, fit, or material type
- Sizing issues resulting from the client's failure to adhere to our standard sizing charts or provided measurements
- Color match issues if hardcopy fabric swatches or thread proofs were not officially requested and approved
- Duplication of uniform orders submitted by customers by mistake
- Delivery delays due to incomplete tech packs, artwork submissions, or lack of final spec approvals
Global Shipment and Delivery
We proudly offer uniform manufacturing and shipping services globally, largely targeting the East and West. Regarding shipping, we are not responsible for:
- Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or altered delivery addresses
- Customs delays, duties, or import taxes incurred in the destination country
- Undeliverable packages or merchandise damaged by the freight/shipping courier after it has left our facility
- Products reporting damage long after being officially signed for and received
Our manufacturing guarantee covers production defects but does not imply transit/shipping claims. We may ask you to return defective uniform pieces before any rework or refund is authorized.
Conditions Related to Payment
All prices quoted for our uniforms and custom apparel services are strictly in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise. By initiating an order with StitchMark Uniform, you agree to the quoted manufacturing charges along with standard shipping, tax, processing, and handling fees.
Due to the custom-made nature of uniform manufacturing (Healthcare, Security, Hospitality, Sportswear, etc.), we require complete payment (or an agreed-upon upfront percentage based on corporate invoicing contracts) before the manufacturing and fabric-cutting process begins. Once raw materials are procured and cutting has commenced, no changes can be made to sizing, style, or color variations without incurring substantial restart fees.
Payment Methods
We securely accept major forms of payment to ensure seamless international transactions. Accepted methods include: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and verified Wire/Bank Transfers for bulk corporate orders.
Fabric, Embroidery, and Color Accuracy
StitchMark Uniform tries its absolute best to match your corporate brand colors. However, exact shade intensity matching for fabric dyeing, sublimation, screen-printing inks, and embroidery threads can occasionally fluctuate due to limitations in commercial manufacturing. While we offer a 90% color match tolerance standard in the textile industry, exact Pantone matching cannot be universally guaranteed unless specialized dye-to-match services and hardcopy sample physical proofs are paid for and approved by the buyer.
Apparel Artworks & Corporate Copyrights
You (the client) are strictly and solely responsible for all artwork, logos, school crests, and branding submitted for custom manufacturing. StitchMark Uniform prints, stitches, and embroiders under the explicit assumption that the client has the legal right and copyright permissions to use those specific designs.
We will absolutely not manufacture uniforms or custom patches containing material that promotes discrimination, violence, illegality, or overt sexual content. While we securely safeguard your design templates and vector files in our database for your future re-orders, we are not liable for accidental data loss and recommend clients maintain local backups of their corporate design tech packs.
Turnaround & Production Time
Our manufacturing production time officially begins only when three criteria are met: the invoice has been successfully processed, final artwork vectors are approved, and standard measurement charts are signed off. If there are sizing discrepancies or low-quality logo submissions, the timeline halts and will reset once correct data is supplied. Please account for additional time concerning global transit times (Air Freight vs. Sea Freight). Business operations and cutting rooms run Monday through Friday and exclude international/regional holidays.
Logistics and Shipping Transitions
As an international manufacturer heavily supplying East and West global markets, your final invoice may or may not encompass distinct courier, cargo, and freight duties depending on your terms of purchase (e.g., DDP, FOB). StitchMark Uniform partners with elite global couriers, but we hold no liability for delays triggered by bad weather conditions, custom/port holds, or local carrier strikes. Production timelines are entirely distinct from Shipping transit timelines.
Returns, Refunds, and Miscellaneous
Because we are producing custom-tailored merchandise specific to your corporate, healthcare, hospitality, or educational needs—we do not accept returns or provide refunds on custom uniforms once production has begun. We solely act on approved physical mockups, sizing scales, and digital templates. Only in instances of legitimate factory defect will garments be eligible for inspection, rework, or replacement.
Images of the customized uniforms we produce for your brand may occasionally be utilized by StitchMark Uniform across our digital portfolios, social media, and catalog platforms for marketing demonstrations, unless a prior Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been arranged.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior written or oral understandings or agreements regarding orders, ensuring a completely clear operational agreement. If any term is recognized by local courts as legally void, all remaining elements of our manufacturing Terms of Service will persist as valid and fully binding.
