StitchMark Uniform ships custom garments, samples, and bulk manufacturing orders based on production completion, destination, and the delivery method selected at checkout or quoted during sales. Every shipment is packed to the best practical standard for transit and export handling.

Orders normally enter processing after payment confirmation, final art approval, and size confirmation. Standard processing time is typically 1 to 2 business days before a parcel is handed to the carrier, though custom bulk production can require a longer manufacturing timeline.

We may offer standard or expedited delivery depending on the order and destination. The available service level will be confirmed during the quote or checkout process so the customer can choose the preferred transit speed.

Shipping charges depend on package weight, destination, service level, and any special handling requirements. For international orders, duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or local import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Delivery estimates are approximate and begin once the carrier accepts the package. Weather, customs checks, peak season congestion, and local carrier delays can extend transit time. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific hour unless a premium service explicitly includes that guarantee.
