Refund Policy

StitchMark Uniform produces custom-made garments for specific business needs. Because every order is manufactured to the approved design, size, and branding specifications, standard retail returns are not available once production has started.

If a genuine manufacturing defect is found, we will review the issue and may offer repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the circumstances and the stage of production or delivery.

• Factory defects that materially affect wearability or finish.
• Items produced with material errors caused by StitchMark Uniform.
• Cases where a written agreement specifically allows a refund.

• Change of mind after artwork, sizing, or production approval.
• Customer-supplied spelling, sizing, logo, or color mistakes.
• Normal manufacturing tolerance differences within custom production.
• Delays caused by customs, carriers, or incomplete delivery details.

Contact our team within 7 business days of receiving the order. Please include your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a short explanation of the problem so we can review it quickly.

When a refund is not the best solution, we may offer rework or replacement units. The final remedy depends on the defect type, the order volume, and whether the garments can reasonably be corrected.

Orders can usually be cancelled only before raw materials are cut or custom production has started. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible because the goods are made to order.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method as quickly as possible after approval. Bank and card processing times can vary depending on the payment provider.
